We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with all original tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt, proof of purchase, or a valid order number.

How to Request a Return:

To start a return, please contact us at support@briellion.com.
We will ask you to share the reason for the return, along with your order number and, in some cases, photos of the product and packaging. This helps ensure the return meets our terms and avoids miscommunication later.

Important: Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

After we review your request (typically within 1–2 business days), we will send you detailed return instructions. The product must be shipped to our trusted return partner, who will inspect it to ensure it complies with our return conditions.

Once the return is received and approved (usually within 2–3 business days of arrival), we will process your refund.

Refund timelines:

  • Credit card: 3–5 business days

  • Bank transfer within Europe: 1–2 business days

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and that we will refund you.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and refunded you, please contact us at support@briellion.com

Unclaimed Parcels & Failed Deliveries

If a customer fails to collect the parcel on time or does not respond to the delivery company’s notifications, and the parcel is returned to our warehouse, the following conditions apply:

  • The customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the parcel.

  • This includes:

    • The original shipping cost (even if initially offered for free),

    • A handling fee, and

    • An administration fee for processing the return and reshipment.

We strongly advise customers to monitor their tracking information and respond promptly to any delivery notices to avoid unnecessary delays or additional costs.
