No, we do not offer cash on delivery. Currently, we accept Credit Card (Mastercard & VISA) payments world wide and Bank transfers for select EU countries. While we are working to expand our payment options, these are the methods we support at this time.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@briellion.com. After contacting us, we will request you to state the reason of return + in some cases images of the original packaging to ensure it is according to the terms and conditions. We try to avoid any miscommunication on a later stage.
